The Boys

Hey Friends!

I got to have a little bit of fun trying to capture a few shots of these two! We took an afternoon jaunt down to the river and dipped our feet in for a while. It felt so good on a hot July day. I had fun just catching the little moments of life.😊 It was fun to spend the time together. Since I'd been away at school a good portion of the year and then busy with other stuff the last couple months I haven't spent as much time with these boys as I should have. They are growing up quickly!

Ethan is young man with a mischievous smile and willing spirit. He's always ready to go on an adventure and he loves reading a good book! He asks many questions and is always wanting to learn new things! He really does think outside the box! I can tell you right now without a doubt that if you were to ask him what his favorite animal is (although he loves them all) he would say, "Penguins!"
He loves wearing polo shirts (such as the one in the picture) and he has a keen interest in small gadgets and trinkets (compasses, pins, baseball cards, ect.). He is generally willing to help out with a task needing done and he appreciates being included in all events :) He has grown up so much, just within the few months I was gone and I've enjoyed spending more time together since I've been home. We especially enjoy tending the chickens together and talking about the latest information the either of us have acquired. 😏 You're future is gloriously bright my brother, take Jesus with you and he'll use you in HUGE ways!

This youngster is full of wild energy and he lives to be at HOME! He hates to go to town and will opt to stay home if it is at all possible :) He's in his own little world much of the time and his wheels are always turning. He loves, absolutely LOVES, legos and is quite the little genius when it comes to building. He's always wanting to show me his newest creation. 😊 He is very much the baby of the family and is treated as such...he's probably a bit spoiled at times. 😏 His favorite things to eat are pancakes, burritos, cereal, and sweets of any kind (serious sweet tooth)!! This boy is super sweet yet strong willed as well. I love his silliness and giggles! Plus he makes the most adorable faces!!! He has a thing about Meerkats (don't ask me how or why) and can often be seen posing like the little animal. He loves to play outside, whether it be shooting his bow, wading in the creek, catchin' frogs, or playing Indians! He's really growing up and reading all by himself!!!! How!?!?!? It's somewhat bittersweet to see that my youngest brother is not so little anymore and he's developed a mind of his own! Nevertheless, I can't wait to see what God has in store for this youngester! Take your wild side and your adorable grin with you little brother and you'll go far!!

They can definitely be crazy but they make life interesting! They keep us all laughing. 💓
